www.harbourseniors.co.uk    © Sovereign Harbour Social Club 2011 Two new cookery clubs based at Sovereign Harbour have been started up by Sam Sweiry. Both clubs are held every Monday. Sovereign Harbour Cookery Club is aimed at promoting fun cooking at home and will focus on traditional cooking. It meets at 10 am in Seamoors Wine Bar on Monday mornings. Note: This Club has CLOSED for the time being due to lack of interest. The more specialised Sovereign Harbour & East Sussex Gluten Free Group is aimed at those with food intolerances or medical conditions such as celiac that require special diets. It meets at 3 pm at the Simply Italian Annex on Monday afternoons. Note: Following a discussion at the inaugural meeting, this club may be developed into a social or support group, as well as focusing on cookery. Membership of the club is FREE, but 50p will be collected from each member each time to cover the cost of paper and ink. Also, those attending must purchase a drink as part of the arrangement made between the organiser and the hosting establishment who are opening outside their normal opening times especially for us.
